Automatic turning: how it works
The use of CNC lathes (Computerized Numerical Control) allows an automated manufacturing process of maximum precision in the lathes, greatly optimizing the delivery times of each project.
Under the supervision of TAM specialized operators, the automatic turning machines allow us to deliver to the customer components based on drawings of the highest precision with punctual delivery times.

The production potential of TAM
TAM’s manufacturing capabilities for precision turning range from supply batches of 100 to 10 000 pieces. Ability to create ad hoc samples to give our customers the opportunity to develop their projects together with us and get the best results when ordering.
Our CNC machines have a bar passage from Ø 4 to Ø 65 mm while we can offer manual processing with a diameter up to 250 mm.
We also guarantee the customer the supply of finished pieces thanks to the support of our qualified suppliers, who have been selected over the years to guarantee the best treatment in terms of grinding, galvanizing, toothing and broaching.
